MY TAKE
I took the RES course part-time while working full-time in logistics.
With a young baby at home, I needed something flexible yet rewarding. Real estate gave me that — but the RES exam was certainly a hurdle for many applicants including myself. Passing it on my lst try was definitely not luck. Hard work and finding the right mentor to ask question were key in my passing RES papers.
