The RES Course: Your First Step
The Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course is your first step. It equips you with essential knowledge on Singapore’s property laws, agency practices, and transaction procedures across residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
💡 Course Fees
Most course providers charge between $650–$800, depending on the provider. (We’ll share trusted options with you when you reach out.)
💰 Funding Options
Here’s how you may offset your course costs:

NTUC Members (Below 40): Claim up to $250 under UTAP.

NTUC Members (40 & Above): Claim up to $500.

Singaporeans & PRs (25+): Use SkillsFuture Credit (up to $500) to offset fees.

Step 2: Take the RES Exam
After completing your RES course, you’ll sit for the RES Examination, which consists of two papers.

🧠 Pro Tip: The exam is known to be challenging, with a rough 30% pass rate. Many pass on their second or third attempt — so don’t be discouraged!

Step 3: Register as a Licensed Agent
Once you pass the exam, you’ll register with a real estate agency (like ours!) and begin your official career.
